The United States, that which is identified by the star-spangled-banner, is nothing more than former British colonies, who, according to the United States Supreme Court – United States v Curtis-Wright Export Corp supra, have “In their collective and corporate capacity” acting in unit as ‘the united states of America’ – namely the Continental Congress, composed of delegates from the thirteen colonies… declared the united states colonies to be free and independent…”

These British and other European colonists have, via their descendants, colonized all of North American soil. But this colonization of the Congress of the colonies and its member states does not mean they are Americans. The European descendants and their Colonial Congress (Slaughter-House Cases 83. U.S. 36 – Supreme Court of the united States, December 1st, 1872) are merely a body politic on American soil, they are not Americans.
